As recruiters do their work and get to know migratory families, the family situations they will learn about may raise questions about whether migratory children or their families have rights or benefits available to them under other laws. The purpose of this article is to help recruiters and administrators gain familiarity with some of the other laws that may be relevant and provide them resources where they may learn more.
