Technical Assistance Guide on Re-Interviewing

The overall aim of this guide is to help states develop, in accordance with the requirements described in Migrant Education Program (MEP) regulations, both prospective and retrospective re-interviewing processes that are efficient and effective and that provide useful, valid, and reliable information about state identification and recruitment (ID&R) processes. This guide provides a resource for state agency personnel to use during the various phases of re-interviewing.
