The following resource document containing key definitions for I&R is provided to support the expectation stated in MEP federal guidance indicating that training for recruiters should include, at a minimum: 1. knowledge of all MEP eligibility definitions and 2. understanding of the decision-making process that recruiters should use consistent with Federal definitions.
