Facilitators and participants of this session explored, shared, and discussed practices to help Identification & Recruitment coordinators, supervisors, and administrators in their efforts to establish, support, and retain their I&R workforces during times of unusual staff attrition influenced by various factors, such as organizational constraints or external disruptors (e.g., recent COVID-19 pandemic).
