I&R Annual Activities

As it is stated in federal guidance, "finding and enrolling eligible [migratory] children is a cornerstone of the MEP and its importance cannot be overemphasized." As such, the California MEP takes Identification and Recruitment (I&R) seriously, and devotes significant resources to it. In addition to a wide variety of I&R activities happening continuously at the local, sub-grantee level throughout the state, many state-level I&R activities occur throughout the year. Some of those state-level I&R activities are briefly described in the attached resource document.
